Youth/Young adult ministry is more than a full time job. Sometimes it can be difficult to balance things in your life when the kids you are mentoring are hungering for more spiritually, putting pressure on you to be able to fill that need. It can sometimes be difficult to keep up on current issues in Theology, Spirituality and other acedemic issues pertinent to teach and spiritual growth.
