The 2004 Camporee was held in Oshkosh Wisconsin for the second time on the EAA campgrounds. Camporee Director was Ron Whitehead who also served the Lake Union Conference as Youth Director and Exective Director of the Center for Youth Evangelism and Andrews University Assistant to the President for Spiritual Life. Attendance was over 31,000 Pathfinders from 83 countries.This Camporee was nicknamed the "Winter Camporee" because the first 4 days had record low temperatures.
The Camporee spiritual highlights were the 10,000 community service participants , the nightime Bible Joseph story and 296 baptisms. The Camporee sold out six months before the Camporee.
